Get ready for the long runs to start any time now! We already have some Spring marathons in the plans. 6am at the lights by Subway. Let me know if you would like to get out earlier and I can meet you, as I need to be getting in some bigger miles.

We had a video shoot this week as well for another project they are working on, so I am excited to see how that will turn out.

You will need to assemble yourselves this Saturday.  I will not be able to make it.  Do a reply to all to this email to let others know what your plans are.  I'm assuming 6am at the lights by Subway.  

You might see a new face.  Cian is a HS runner and is planning on joining us for some of our runs.  Just to warn you, he knows what he is doing!  If he is there Saturday, ask him about his summer running plans!
