Let me know when everyone wants to get together and I can meet you.  Last long run for me before next week's 17 Hour Treadmill Run at the Y...but not too far.

April 9th Run

I will be out of town this weekend with the family, so those who want to get together for a run will need to organize themselves.  I know that several are looking to get out early for longer runs.  Have a great weekend and let me know how it goes!

Fools Five Road Race

Jack and I ran the Fools Five Road Race today. His official "chip" time was 45:16, on a very windy day! Way to go little man!

April 2 Long Run

Out with the Stewie Striders this morning. 8 runners out this morning. Jim, Lee, Kevin, Mickie, Teri, Becky, Rebecca, and Joe w/Ruckus. Some big runs logged this morning, with Mickie and Teri running 16, Kevin doing 18, and Jim getting in 23. Kevin found a dime, but Teri was the winner, finding a quarter near the end of her run!  I even found a geocache just south of town, while out with the group.

April 2nd Run

7:15 at the middle school is the official start time, but there have been groups meeting at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, or 6:30 to get in some extra miles. Let me know if you would like to get out early and I can meet you.
