7:15 at the SMS front doors. Let me know if you want to get out earlier and I will meet you. No excuses, as it should be a whole lot warmer than the last few days!

Runners there today: Jim, Mickie, Julie, Julie, Russ, JoAnn, and Rebecca. Runs varied from 5-22 miles on a day that was about 35 degrees warmer than a couple of days ago.

Feb. 5 Run

8 showed up for the run today.  Jim, Lee, Kevin, Teri, Rebecca, Becky, Russ, and JoAnn hit the cross country and snowmobile trails out at Bear Cave Park.  Everyone seemed to get worked over today.  Runs varied from 5-23 miles.  Temps were around 15 degrees.
