We have a group that meets on Saturdays at 6am in the Subway parking lot in Stewartville. Run lengths and pace vary according to ability. We run anywhere from 4-15 miles. To be added to the email list, contact me at email@example.com
An extra run on Sunday has been scheduled as well. I will be running the High Forest loop (11 miles) with someone from out of town getting ready for the Med City 1/2. Join us if you are interested. Here is a link to that route, starting and ending near Pizza Ranch. http://runkeeper.com/user/JimParry/route/1252392
I will not be available to run this Saturday, so you will need to assemble yourselves with a reply to all to this email.
