Saturday, July 17 Run

Join us for a run on Saturday, July 17 at 7:15am. Runs will vary from 4 or fewer miles to however far you want to go. I will not be able to go out earlier than 7:15 - Mel is gone on vacation and I will be having Grandma Shirley watch the kids.  Reply below if you can make it.

Runners in attendance this morning were Joe (with Ruckus), Darwin, Jay, Teri, and Jim. Runs varied from 3.5 to 7.25 miles. Went out to Bear Cave to battle the deer flies again, then some continued for a small loop around town. Joe tried out his minimalist running shoes on the run today. Jim
