December 11 Run

I know we are supposed to get a pile of snow over the next couple of days, but thought I would still check to see if anyone is still interested in getting out for a few miles in it Saturday morning?  The footing should be nice and soft!

7:15 at the SMS front doors.  Let me know if you would like to get out earlier for a few extra miles and I can meet you.

Got out early (6am) with Kevin, then met up with Lee at his house before heading to the school.  No one showed up there this morning, so the 3 of us headed out for a few more miles in the beautiful snowstorm this morning.  We must have gotten 2 inches just in the time we were out, with a forcast for 10-12 inches by morning.

December 4 Run

Meet at 7:15am in front of the SMS front doors.

No one showed, so I elected to simply run home and take the kids out to shovel the driveway and do the same for both of the grandmas.

November 27 Run

7:15 at the SMS front doors. Let me know if you want to get out early and I can meet you. What a better way to pull yourself out of a Turkey induced coma!!!

Kevin and Jim met on the bridge at 6:30 to get in a few extra miles. Went to the school at 7:15, but no one there, so continued on our way. Cold breeze this morning - only about 10 degrees out.

November 20 Run

Runners there today were Kevin, Lee, Jay, Aaron, and Jim. Kevin, Lee, and Jim got in some extra miles before meeting up with the others. Only 20 degrees out, but it was a clear crisp morning for a run. Bear Cave Park's trails are great this time of year. Runs varied from 6-18 miles. Jim.

November 6 Run

Join us on Saturday for a few miles. 7:15, SMS doors.

Met up with Jay at 6:15, then Kevin at 6:30 to get in a few extra miles. Ran out toward High Forest and back. No one at the school at 7:15, except Bill waiting to take Rosie up to the State CC Meet, so we headed out for Bear Cave Park. Ran into Aaron along the way. Nice run.

Incase you are interested, there is a cross country race next weekend out at Gamehaven. Sounds interesting, with a couple of stream crossings!

October 30th Run

I will be out of town this Saturday running in the Surf the Murph 50 Mile Trail Run, so I will not be able to run. Email each other if you still want to get out.

October 23rd Run

7:15 at the SMS doors.

Runners in attendance were Darwin, Becky, Joe, and Jim. The group ran most of the Endurance Challenge loop, then some continued for more miles out at Bear Cave Park. 3.5 or 6.25 miles.
