November 6 Run

Join us on Saturday for a few miles. 7:15, SMS doors.

Met up with Jay at 6:15, then Kevin at 6:30 to get in a few extra miles. Ran out toward High Forest and back. No one at the school at 7:15, except Bill waiting to take Rosie up to the State CC Meet, so we headed out for Bear Cave Park. Ran into Aaron along the way. Nice run.

Incase you are interested, there is a cross country race next weekend out at Gamehaven. Sounds interesting, with a couple of stream crossings!

October 30th Run

I will be out of town this Saturday running in the Surf the Murph 50 Mile Trail Run, so I will not be able to run. Email each other if you still want to get out.

October 23rd Run

7:15 at the SMS doors.

Runners in attendance were Darwin, Becky, Joe, and Jim. The group ran most of the Endurance Challenge loop, then some continued for more miles out at Bear Cave Park. 3.5 or 6.25 miles.

Saturday, October 16 Run

Runners in attendance this morning were Lee, Joe, Aaron, and Jim. The group ran the Bear Cave loop (3.5 mile), with some doing extra before and after.

Beautiful morning for a run with the Stewie Striders. Met up with Kevin early to get in some extra miles, then we ran 4 mostly on trails at Bear Cave Park with Joe and Ruckus, Teri, Krystal, and Aaron. 14 miles for me. Welcome to the group Aaron - nice to have you join us.
