July 2nd Run

Planning on 6am at the lights by Subway.  If anyone wants to get out earlier than that, let me know and I can meet you.  Thinking we should run the Summerfest loops.

June 18th Run

You will need to assemble yourselves again, as I will be out of town.  There should be someone new, Daniel, at the stoplights at 6am.  I have seen him several times out running the last year or so and ran a little with him yesterday.  He would like to join us on Saturdays. 

I will be taking part in the Project Fit Families event in Harmony.  I will be speaking just before the 5K run at 10am, then running a continuous loop around Harmony for the next 6 hours.  Check out their site and bring the family down for all the fun if you can.  http://www.projectfitfamilies.org/

June 4 Run
