October 2 Run

7:15 at the SMS front doors.  Feel free to bring any others who might like to get out for a run with you.  If anyone needs to get out earlier than that, let me know.  I can meet you whenever.

Runners present this morning were Mickie, Darwin, and Jim.  Runs varied from 3.5 - 7 miles.

Beautiful morning for a run with the Stewie Striders. Met up with Kevin early to get in some extra miles, then we ran 4 mostly on trails at Bear Cave Park with Joe and Ruckus, Teri, Krystal, and Aaron. 14 miles for me. Welcome to the group Aaron - nice to have you join us.
